Green Technologies Conference & Region 5 Meeting
This is a discounted registration fee for individuals attending both the Green Technologies Conference and the Region 5 Meeting.
Hotel Discount:
A $100 post event credit to the combined registration fee will be applied upon verification of a valid two-night stay at the conference hotel. Please reserve your room and obtain a hotel confirmation number before registering to attend the conference. Only one Hotel Discount credit will be applied for each valid hotel reservation confirmation number.
Green Technologies Conference & Region 5 Student Conference
This is a discounted registration fee for students wishing to attend both the 2019 IEEE Green Technologies Conference and the IEEE Region 5 Business Meeting.
Student Hotel Discount: – There is a 4 Student Limit for each Hotel Confirmation Number.
A $25 per Student Hotel Discount post event credit to the Combined Registration Fee will be applied upon verification of a valid two-night stay at the conference hotel. The hotel room pricing is based on quad occupancy as a convenience to the student teams. Please reserve your room and obtain a hotel confirmation number before registering to attend the conference.
2019 IEEE Green Technologies Conference Registration
Author Registration
Authors of accepted papers for the 2019 IEEE Green Technology Conference are required to register and pay the full conference registration fee before 11 January 2019 to upload their camera-ready paper(s). Each author registration is valid for one four-page paper, with an option to purchase an additional two pages at $50/page. Authors with more than one accepted paper will be charged $100 for each additional paper to be published.

Includes: The Wednesday Geaux Green Tour, Welcome Reception, Keynotes, Special Sessions, Technical Program, Industrial Program, Exhibitions, all conference meals and breaks and a copy of the Conference Proceedings.
Student Full Conference Registration
Includes: The Wednesday Geaux Green Tour, Welcome Reception, Keynotes, Special Sessions, Technical Program, Industrial Program, Exhibitions, all conference meals and breaks and a copy of the Conference Proceedings.
One Day Only Registration 4/4/2019 or 4/5/2019
