Overview
Presenting at the conference
The 2026 IEEE GreenTech Conference will be held fully in person. We expect all papers to be presented by the authors. For each paper, at least one of the authors must attend the conference and present the work according to the conference schedule. All papers accepted and presented will be included in the conference proceedings and published at the IEEE Xplore.
After the registration, in rare unexpected cases when none of the authors can attend the conference and present, the authors themselves must coordinate with a qualified colleague of theirs to present the paper on their behalf. This arrangement is the sole responsibility of the authors and they need to inform the Technical Program Chair as soon as possible.
Those authors that will not be allowed to travel to the conference and present their papers in person due to visa issues or strict national rules will be given the opportunity to have their accepted work presented through a video presentation. Contact the conference Technical Program Chair to request this option explaining the circumstances that will prevent you from attending in person.
