Overview

The following instructions must be adhered to by all researchers presenting their accepted work at the Green Technologies conference:

  • Presentations must use the official GreenTech presentation template.
  • Please use standard fonts or embed any non-standard fonts directly into your presentation file, as the conference organizers are not responsible for formatting issues that may occur on-site due to missing fonts.
  • Authors must submit the final version of their presentation using the personalized upload link that will be emailed to them prior to the conference.
  • The deadline to submit presentation files is March 15, 2026.
    • Each presentation is limited to 12 minutes, followed by an additional 3 minutes for questions.
    • There is no limit on the number of slides; however, presenters must ensure that their material fits within the allotted time.
  • A short biographical sketch must be shared with the session chair prior to the session.
  • All student presentations will be evaluated by non-student attendees, and outstanding presentations will be recognized at the conference awards ceremony.
