Conference Policies
Wire Transfer Policy: Payments by wire transfer will result in an additional $20 service fee being applied to the registrant’s total.
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by March 19, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of $75 deducted from each refund.
Substitution/Transfer Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to registration@ieeegreentech.org no later than March 19, 2025. There will be a $10 fee to transfer a registration.
