Overview
The Job Fair will be held on Thursday, March 26, from 5:00–7:00 PM in the Flatirons 1 Ballroom and will be structured as a combined networking reception and recruiting event. Employer table setup will take place from 4:30–5:00 PM. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Attendees will include conference participants as well as undergraduate and graduate students from universities across Colorado. Invitations will be extended primarily to students in electrical engineering and closely related disciplines (e.g., energy systems, applied physics), at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Participation Fees
Organizations interested in participating must register for the Job Fair. Participation options are as follows:
- $500 for one table (includes a 6 ft x 2.5 ft table, tablecloth, and two chairs)
- $800 for two tables
Students will be invited to register in advance through an online system at no cost. With student consent, a database including names, university affiliations, and resumes will be shared with participating employers prior to the event to support targeted recruiting and follow-up engagement.
Participating companies will also have their logos displayed on the conference website.
