Early Bird rates will apply to registrations through March 31, 2023. Standard rates will apply from April 1, 2023 through April 18, 2023.
Author Registration: Presenting authors for the 2023 IEEE Green Technology Conference are required to Register with the Full Conference registration Fee

- Authors with more than one accepted paper must also register for each additional paper to be published.
- Students who are co-authors may register at the Student rates so long as one of the authors registers with the paper at the Full Conference Registration rate

Conference Policies:
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by March 31, 2023. There will be an administrative fee of $75 deducted from each refund.
Substitution/Transfer Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to registration@ieeegreentech.org/2023 no later than March 31, 2023. There will be a $10 fee to transfer a registration.
