Overview

The IEEE Houston Section is pleased to host the 14th annual IEEE Green Technology Conference, and Region 5 Student Competitions.  Approximately 400 Engineers, Researchers, Innovators, and Engineering Students from around the world will be attending the 2022 IEEE Green Technology Conference and IEEE Student Activities. We would like to provide all of our attendees with an experience that encourages the continuation of their diligent contributions to the Green Tech industry.  With your support, we will provide a premier forum for experts from all relevant sectors to collaborate and present innovative approaches on future framework, plans, and technological solutions for moving towards reliably powering the future. At the 2022 IEEE Green Technologies Conference, we would like to focus on technology applications in:

  • Energy Generation, Storage, Management, Conservation
  • Carbon Reduction
  • Smart Grids, Systems, Cities Villages, and Infrastructures
  • Sustainable IT Computing and Software Engineering
  • Biomedical and Biotechnology Solutions
  • Radar/Weather Forecasting, Planning, and Engineering for Wind and Solar Solutions

Available Patron options are as follows:

1. Platinum Support – $20,000+

  • Exclusive Platinum Supporter.
  • Exhibit space at preferred location up to three table setups.
  • Special Recognition as Exclusive Platinum supporter at the banquets and extra-large size logo on website.
  • Full page ad in the conference program.
  • Full page ad conference proceedings.
  • One scheduled session during one of the GreenTech Conference tracks, if requested.
  • Ability to add (2) items of literature and one gift to registration bag (All items must be provided by you and delivered to the venue hotel no later than March 15, 2022)

2. Gold Support – $10,000+

  • Limit of Four gold Supporters.
  • Exhibit space at preferred location up to two table setups.
  • Special Recognition as Gold supporter at the banquet and large-size logo on website.
  • (1/2) page ad in the conference program.
  • (1/2) page ad conference proceedings.
  • One scheduled track, during Greentech Conference, if requested.
  • Ability to add (2) items of literature and one gift to registration bag (All items must be provided by you and delivered to the venue hotel no later than March 15, 2022).
  • (4) Full Complimentary Registrations.
  • Discount registration for additional members of your organization.

3. Silver Support – $5,000+

  • Special Recognition as Silver supporter at the banquet and medium-size logo on website.
  • (1/4) page ad in the conference program.
  • (1/4) page ad conference proceedings.
  • Ability to add (2) items of literature and one gift (All items must be provided by you and delivered to the venue hotel no later than March 15, 2020).
  • One scheduled session during one of the Greentech Conference tracks, if requested

4. Bronze Support: $2,500+

  • Special Recognition as Bronze supporter at the banquet and small-size logo on website.
  • Logo as financial supporter in the conference program.
  • Logo as financial supporter in the Conference proceedings.
  • Ability to add (2) items of literature and one gift (All items must be provided by you and delivered to the venue hotel no later than March 15, 2022).  
  • Discount registration for members of your company.

5. Friends Support: up to $2,500

  • Special Recognition as Friends supporter at the banquet and website.
  • Logo as financial supporter in the conference program.

7. Charging Stations (6 Bay Locker): $1,500 

Fixture Displays 6 Slot/ Bay Cell Phone Charging Locker Charging Station Floor Standing.  This cell phone charging locker is perfect for storing all valuables including wallets,  tablets, smartphones, keys and cameras. Top of the locker offers space for branding – apply your own graphics. Pin code keypad eliminates lost keys for guests. Master serial  code and rear key allows for easy retrieval if needed. 

8. Charging Stations (30 Bay Locker): $4,000

  • Make every aspect of the event work with your logo and choice of color on the trash  can covers. 
  • They are available in 74 colors in the Poly Premier fabric.

11. 2022 IEEE R5 Scholarship: $1,000+

  • Scholarships supports students in the R5 competitions 
  • The scholarship will be named after the donor or as requested. 
  • Limit of five supporters.

Exhibitor Table/Exhibit Spaces

Exhibit spaces are available to display your business or technology. All exhibit spaces will be available during the GreenTech Conference and student competitions on Saturday.  

  • $1,500 Single Tabletop Sponsorship, at location of choice after Platinum and Gold Sponsors. Price includes one full complimentary registration.
  • $3,500 Double Tabletop Sponsorship, at location of choice after Platinum and Gold Sponsors. Price includes two full complimentary registrations. (Limited availability)

Exhibit/ Tables come with a 6 ft x 2.5 ft Tabletop space with AC, Wi-Fi access and two chairs. Logo, materials, table drape, and popup/poster stand to be provided by the exhibitor.

Tables are located in the break area for the entire event, March 30 – April 1.

Tables can be set up starting Wed. 30 March 2022 by 1:00 PM and removed by Saturday, 1 April 2022 5:00 PM.
