Immediately following the 2018 Green Technologies Conference, the Central Texas Section will also host the 2018 IEEE Region 5 (R5) Annual Conference. It will take place April 6-8, 2018 at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. This Region 5 event includes business meetings attended by delegates from the 26 local sections, along with student competitions (Circuit Design, Ethics, Robotics, Student Papers, and Standards Development) and a networking event held for students from across the Region.
